Bill Fung - Associate Broker
Bill Emigrated to the United States from the Former British Crown Colony of Hong Kong decades ago because he wanted to see what snow looked and felt like.
When he was a child, His parents tried to deport him back to Hong Kong because he wouldn't stop eating Pizza and Spaghetti at his dad's Chinese restaurant on a daily basis. As a child Bill Thought he was Italian.
In his elementary school years, Bill kept flunking first grade because he really liked his art teacher and he was afraid that if he moved to second grade and up, he wouldn't be able to go to his favorite class time activity which was art class.
In his middle school years, Bill Pioneered and perfected many games of chance for his fellow students to play, but he was called to the principal's office, and was told gambling was illegal in school. So he had to stop.
In his High School Years. His teachers and guidance counselor believed Bill would never be admitted into College because his grades were so poor and he kept missing classes. When the time was ripe, Bill applied to only 2 colleges, his safe school and one that was far far away from home.
His advisors said he needed to apply to more colleges and in state colleges if he wanted to go to college. So taking his counselor's advice, Bill Applied to 8 instate colleges.
When he received the 10 colleges' response. This is what happened. The 8 instate colleges all rejected him. His Safe school and the far far away school both accepted him. He decided to go to the far far away school.
So in the Fall he went to Georgetown University in Washington DC.
Okay, let's speed this up. After college, Bill moved to NYC and lived there for about 10 years. If you want to hear about his NYC antics, feel free to call and chat with him.
In the late 80's Bill and his Family moved to Aurora Colorado because he couldn't hit Hawaii on the Map with a dart (back then darts could have sharp points) Bill was a lousy Dart Player.
Since Bill was of legal age, the U.S.A has allowed him to stay in the country, and stopped trying to deport him because he pays his taxes and knows how to cook Chinese Food. There was no Panda Express back then.
